My name is Max! I’m a beat maker and drummer, working with natural instruments only. My studio is located in rainy Northern Germany, in the cellar of an abandoned cargo rail station. It’s an inspirational place to create percussive sounds, beats, drum loops and one shots with all kinds of drums and everyday objects. I use unusual methods and items to alter the natural sound of my instruments. When I’ve found the sweet spot where sound and beat morph into something exciting, I heat up my tube preamps and press the record button.
